Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Pagsama website and authorized Pagsama workspaces. A separate signed customer agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Using Pagsama
You may use the website for lawful business purposes and may access a private workspace only when Pagsama or an authorized customer administrator has provided permission. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable law.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for protecting credentials associated with your access and for activity performed through them. Do not share credentials with unauthorized users. Notify Pagsama promptly if you believe a credential or workspace has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls; interfere with service operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or probe the service without permission; access another customer’s data; or use the service to violate law, privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.
Customer data and confidentiality
Customers retain their rights in customer data. Pagsama processes customer data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service and as otherwise permitted by the applicable customer agreement. Confidential information must be handled under that agreement.
Intellectual property
Pagsama and its licensors retain all rights in the website, platform, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related materials. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or modify features to maintain security, reliability, or product quality. Pilot, prototype, planned, and simulated capabilities may change and should not be treated as generally available unless confirmed in writing.
Disclaimers and liability
Except as expressly stated in a signed customer agreement, the website and service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagsama disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website.
Termination
Pagsama may restrict or terminate access that violates these terms, creates security risk, or is no longer authorized. Obligations concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, and accrued rights survive termination where applicable.
