When authorized customers use a Pagsama workspace, we may process account credentials, operational records, reconciliation results, exception workflow activity, and other customer data needed to provide the service. The customer agreement governs that customer data.

We may also receive limited technical information such as browser type, device information, page activity, approximate location derived from an IP address, and service logs used for security and performance.

Service providers may use information only to perform services for Pagsama.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted to us, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements. Customer administrators should direct workspace-data requests through their organization.
